A proposition...

What a day to start this blog. I heard some exciting news, via email...about two hours ago. The publishing company, Headline, want to publish my memoirs as a midwife.....what an opportunity! For the most part, to log my career professionally is more than I could ever hope for, for me to reflect on it all, but mainly for my children's children to read (if they want to).....it feels quite bizarre. The book will be a biography.... similar to Call the Midwife, hmmmm

So now to think about the stories, tales and events from four decades. Such a lot to remember!
